Refund policy

Mock payments only

Real payments are disabled. Checkout uses a mock provider, so no money moves and no card details are collected. Nothing can be charged, so nothing can be refunded.

Intended policy once payments are enabled

• Full refund if access never worked and could not be fixed.
• Full refund if you change your mind before using any access time.
• Part-used time refunded pro rata at our discretion.
• No refund for time revoked for a breach of the acceptable-use policy.

A refund revokes the access grant it paid for.
